  1. Hi guys! This will be my first challenge with the assassins (Previously a warrior). As I journeyed with the warriors, I both lost weight and gained some muscle, and that has allowed me to enjoy a variety of new activities, such as running. My quests this time around include more of a focus on exploring what I can do now that I've slimmed down a little. (Thanks Steve!) My quests are : 1. Learn to do the basic roll in parkour. I feel that this knowledge could be super helpful in parts of my life other than parkour. (And it looks cool) 2. Run for 5 minutes a day. Where I stand now, I can't run for very long, so I'll be taking plenty of breaks. By the end of this challenge, I hope to be able to run for at LEAST 5 minutes straight. That might not sound like much to you, but it would mean a lot to me. 3. Learn to do a flip on a trampoline. I grew up with siblings doing flips on the trampoline, without ever having the courage to do it myself. Now my little brother (7 years old) can do a pretty decent flip, and I feel ridiculous for letting fear stop me from learning. If he can do it, so can I. 4. Become an Eagle Scout. I only need two more merit badges. These might seem like easy goals to a few of you, but I feel that being able to accomplish these goals would be a major milestone in my fitness journey. I would appreciate feedback, and I would also appreciate if people could post some resources relevant to these goals. (Example: Video that helped THEM learn to roll in parkour). Thanks for taking the time to read. -The Shadow
