  1. HAVING FUN! I'm stealing some of this from Kibcy because she has an awesome challenge concept that I think might help me get back into, well everything. I keep giving up on these challenges either half way through or around the last week. I'm not enjoying myself and if I want to get fit and stay healthy, I need to find a way to make it fun. This challenge is not going to be about passing or failing, it will be about learning to have fun and build good habits. I will be evaluating how I'm doing at the end of the 3rd week just so I have a record of how I'm progressing. My first focus for this challenge is to enjoy moving my body, to enjoy playing and using it. I can go for a walk with the dog, yoga, go to a park, be a tourist, dance around the house, and enjoy the outdoors. I just need to do something that is active and that is enjoyable. Does not matter how long this is done, but that it is done EVERY DAY. 21 out of 21 (3 weeks) My secondary focus is to enjoy food. Food should be fun and should be enjoyed! My only goal for this is to eat out no more than 3 meals a week. 9 out of 9 (3 weeks) I'm moving up with the NF fitness guide and starting Level 2 Recruit Workout so that would be 3x at the gym. 9 out of 9 (3 weeks) To really enjoy myself, I need a clean environment. I recently deep cleaned my entire house in prep for my sister who was house sitting for me. When my home is clean and free of clutter I tend to find more enjoyment in my home than I do when papers pile up. For my lifestyle goal, I want to keep my house visitor ready. This means the kitchen will be clean, garbage will be taken out, the living room will not have stacks of paper everywhere and the bathrooms will be clean. I also would like to participate in the mini challenges as much as I can.
