This is going to be a Christmas Carol Challenge, in which I will be visited by 4 ghosts, each of whom is trying to teach me something. It will also involve actual Christmas Carols. Ghost of Christmas Past In the past I have really struggled with food and overeating around the holiday season. I want to break this cycle (or at last skip it) for this year which means I will need to be deliberate in my eating. I have a pretty good eating regimen going right now so I don't need to change anything. Its all about staying on the wagon. Ghost of Christmas Present For Christmas this year we will be going to a resort with some friends and I have been asked to bring my ukulele and play Christmas Carols. For this holiday season I need to focus on the task in front of me which is re-learning the carols I learned last year and getting them performance ready . Ghost of Christmas Future I want to keep a focus on the future. Who knows where the world is going with this never-ending pandemic, but I am going to get some skills to show of no matter what happens. I will continue with my future plans by continuing to work on my 8 calisthenics skills over the course of this challenge. Jacob Marley I will be like the old business partner, Jacob Marley, forever shuffling through the world in his chains. I won't have the chains but the shuffling will happen as I will work on continuing the progress I have made so far and try to have a bunch of basic moves down by the end of the year that I can combine into something dancelike. Like Ebenezer Scrooge, I want to come out of this Christmas season better than I am going into it.
