  1. Folks, we all know that not everyone jumps on board right at the start. And not everyone likes to jump into an accountability group that's already chock-full of people who did start on time.   2. In the previous challenge I did the 3 week superhero challenge during my nf challenge. The superhero challenge requires you to check in daily on the website and log your water intake, diet, and exercise. During those weeks, I met my nf goals perfectly. After those weeks ended, I didn’t do so well. Below is a simple mobility drill that was really designed for the entire but also has a good impact on improving hip mobility. Credit goes to Original Strength's Tim Anderson.
