  1. I am tired of coming back to challenges halfway through and doing them half-ass. I used to be good at this, so I'm going to try to stay active this time. For those of you who have other ways of contacting me, feel free to give me a nudge if you find me going quiet here. Work is kicking my butt -- I've been sleeping less, drinking less, eating less and exercising less. So, here is my effort in getting back on the saddle. I didn't get River in the character quizzes, but out of all the female characters from Firefly, she is my absolute favourite. She is batshit crazy, but cunning, strong and clever. She may be small but she is bad ass, so why not theme a challenge off her? RefuelEat 135g of protein each day, everything else is fair game RehydrateDrink at least 1.5 L of water a day RestrengthenNeed to get used to working out even when I am beat from working all day. (I am enjoying having a job, not complaining, just having issues not collapsing into my mattress or chair when I get home now a days.)Lift 3x a week, even on work days! Stretch hip flexors and calves every day, use lacrosse ball every day Routines found here Replan​Forgot I was still in school ... Let's make this goal about my paper due in September. Complete the whole thing by end of the challenge; that'll be 3000 words. Sidequest!Find a new gym that suits me better for the next school year by SeptemberThis includes boxing gym or Muay Thai... gonna try to get back into kicking things this fall.
