  1. I'm still in highschool, and this is really exciting to do. My deadline for these goals are the 23rd of July (my birthday). Goals Fit comfortably into my size 10 jeans. Going to the gym twice a weekEat less than 3 servings of carbs or fruit a day (According to mum I can't rule them out completely, and I still live under her roof, so her rules) Only eat until not hungry, don't eat until full. Mindful eating is really hard, but an essential. Stretch everyday to improve my posture. Toe touchDoorway stretch from arms Splits stretch I'd love to hear from you guys and see how you're going and hopefully for my birthday I will have a better body as something to look forward to!
