  1. Yes, I know Better Things is originally by The Kinks but I really love Dar Williams' version. Specifically this one with Gail Ann Dorsey. Time for goals! Goal 1) Boxing: Still aiming for 3 days per week. 3/week = A, 2/week = B, 1/week = C, 0 = F Goal 2) Road Work: What!?! Scout tendencies bleeding through?! Nope! If you won't run, you can't fight! I have 2 5k runs during this challenge. One May 3 and one on May 22. May 3 will be a guide to see where I'm at. May 22 will be the real deal. It's a fundraiser for Lost & Found. L&F is an organization that helps little ones deal with the grief of losing a parent or a sibling. Every year they do a 5k and balloon release to honor folks who have passed. I guess you know who will be on my balloon. Anyway, it was recently decided on Facebook that Alice's Restaurant is a suitable unit of time measurement. I'm aiming for the 5k on May 22 to be under 2.5 Alice's Restaurants (45:40 for you conventional folks). That will require some work but is well within my capabilities. I'm aiming for 3 run/walk sessions per week but I'm not sure I'll be able to maintain that. My road work will depend on my road construction job. 3/week = A, 2/week = B, 1/week = C, 0 = F Goal 3) Primal, again: Goal is to get back to 80% primal on a routine basis. I will be tracking food too for at least part of the challenge so I can get a handle on what I'm shoving in my pie hole. 80% or better = A, 70% = B, 60% = C, <60% = F. Goal 4) Organization: I need to get organized. So much so that I'm not sure what else to put here right now except I need to get organized. I'll get this one tidied up in a few days.
