  1. So... HI? I'm starting a 6 month calisthenics program, so I thought I'd drop by the Assassins and stay a while. Hope you'll have me. Challenge 1: Start and follow through with 6 month Calisthenics program I've never really done bodyweight stuff except for what the Army does, and we don't see a lot of Muscle-ups in the army, so this is going to be some new stuff for me. So this will be a 3 days a week program and in between I'll still be spending 2 days at the Iron Church, and nothing you can do can stop me! Challenge 2: Start practicing intermittent fasting at least 5 days a week. In conjunction with doing bodyweight exercises is the need to have less bodyweight to exercise with. So enter IF. I will be taking BCAA in the morning to stave off hunger, hopefully being able to taper down to just water and coffee (oh coffee, I could write you a love song) and conducting my feed window from noon-8 PM. It works well within the scope of my job as well as home life. The trick will be to do it on days that I know I will eat late or early (Still got lots to learn about the intricacies of IF.) Challenge 2A: Conduct a cut as part of the IF process. Details to come as I figure them out Challenge 3: Do yer damn homework! Back to school, finally. had several stops and starts, but everything has been ironed out and I am now back in school. 1 class every 8 weeks right now. So, here goes. The goal is to spend an hour a day on school stuff until the module work is completed. From there will be once a day check of the discussion forums until next module starts, then back to original schedule. Bodyweights, fasting, school. This will be fun.
