It's great to learn! I'm looking for a weight training book (or books) to expand my knowledge base of anatomy and lifting. I love sciencey stuff, so anatomy and molecular processes are very important to me. Sure, I want to know more about different exercises and technique, but most of all I want to know how the body works (in a training sense) and why to do certain things. If at all possible, I'd like to avoid books that shove low-fat BS down your throat. That theory has been weighed, measured, and left wanting. I'm Paleo-Ketogenic because of the mountains of evidence from the scientific community, as well as my own personal research and success. Suggestions?
