  1. So jumping on the cat wagon. Or should I say the cat climbing tower? @Severine way of tracking her goals with her hobonichi journal inspired me to do that, so my family and I made our owns. We went to our local dollar store, bought some cheap stickers and poster boards. We made our own unique calendar and taped them in the kitchen. In the spoiler is what we got! With that being said, I will post a happy face sticker everytime I accomplish my 4 main goals each day. For extra credit I have ride bike for an hour (heart sticker) and eat 100% paleo (A rainbow sticker). I will level up once I reach 22 stickers, and then add new goals or a new number to level up. My first reward is going to be go to the health track (It has indoor pool, sauna, and weight room!) I need to keep this time around simple. I get to come in and read other peoples challenges on my phone, but commenting and also keeping on mine maybe hard this month. I'm happy we have the poster boards with stickers and right in my kitchen (where I spend most of my time). Plus my family is involved and it's going to keep us all on track! So here we MEOW! Diet Eat just enough, to always be prepared like a Tom cat (Minimalist Eating) Eat a pure Cat diet (100% Paleo for Extra credit) Workout Kitty Cat exercise (Workout and/or Stretch) Ride Bike (I have no funny cat pun for this, besides this GIF ) Life Keep Tiddy (Clean up kitchen after dinner) Ponder (Write) Be in tuned with the super natural (Look up art) I'm doing this one because looking up art is a stress reliever, I will be posting my findings from time to time. Someone here has suggest having a plan for when your stress, to do something that will de-stress you. I need that. Alrighty! Wish my luck!
