Hey all! I'm just starting to get into fitness, and was curious about the workout structure. I did the test to see what workout series I needed to start out with, and I got 3A and 3B. My question is, when I work out do I start with 3A, and when I'm done with that do 3B, and then after that do the boss battle in the same workout? It seems like that's the case, and I'm sorry if this has been asked already, but I looked around and didn't see an explanation. Thanks! OA
