  1. The title basically states everything. I got a new belt that's way too long but that's the smallest size my school has. I went to tailors in my neighbourhood but they all said the belt is too thick for their machines to handle. Any suggestions? Maybe a way of tying that uses more length than usual? Thanks!
  2. So my wife and I are looking at getting lifting belts soon, and don't want to ask anyone at our gym because thus far the only information we've gotten out of people there tends to be bro science. What we would like to know is: what type and brand of belt should we be looking at? Specifically, there is a standard single prong style belt, and double prong style belt, and finally lever belts. From watching YouTube clips of people using them, we are leaning towards lever belts for their ease of putting on each workout, but I don't really feel that YouTube channels are necessarily going to be great sources of information. So anyone that has used a couple of different types of belts, which one would you choose, and what brands would you recommend? Thanks in advance
  3. Any good recommendations for a belt suitable for adding barbell plates to for weighted pull ups at home? Looking to purchase one because i do most of my pull up exercises at home on my iron gym and would like to start adding weight. For example, the belt that this man is wearing: http://officercandidatesschool.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/20-pullups-pull-ups-pft-usmc.jpg
