  1. I am slowly closing in on 1,000 lbs! I noticed some other folks chasing that as well so I thought I would start a thread for those who are trying to reach that milestone! If you have already reached it, congrats! Feel free to cheer us on I know @Castiel, and @Mattyboy7one8 are getting close. Who else? I tested my 1RMs on 21Jan2015 and lifted.... 265 lbs bench press 315 lbs squat 365 lbs deadlift 945 lbs total! I am keeping my progression pretty slow and using a 5-3-1 program currently. I have another informal competition in July and hope to be well past 1,000 lbs by then. I will test
  2. Just a really quick question about the Wilks coefficient. Well 2 actually. 1) You use the Big 3 (bench, squat, deadlift) as the lifts for the formula correct? 2) Do you use a 1RM, or the actual weight you lifted (ie a 280lb 1RM vs 250lbs for reps)? Thanks in advance guys ^.^
