  1. Ok.. so I was just wanting something.. umm... something, but I couldn't put my finger on it. So I thought.. a shake!! Pulled out my blender and started throwing stuff in it. When I tasted this shake it was like my brain and body were like, "THANK YOU!! This is exactly what we wanted!!! So here is 1 serving: 1 cup blueberries 2 tbsp baking cocoa (unsweetened powder stuff) 1 cup ice cubes 1 tbsp honey 1/2 cup milk (I used organic whole milk, but you could probably use almond or coconut) Drink! It is not mighty mighty sweet, but I think the cocoa really adds to the fullness of flavor (which removes the need for sooo much sweet).
