I've started back up with MyFitnessPal. I know that I eat better when I am monitoring what actually goes into my mouth. So, I'll be tracking my calories every day (starting 4/23). I would like to keep my calorie intake at a reasonable level, and I feel that making sure my carbs stay under 150 grams a day will help that. Eat breakfast before leaving the house for work. I am always SO busy at work.
