  1. I started my first challenge too late to level up but I did learn some awesome new habits, the last two weeks of the challenge i couldnt do any strenous workouts due to chicken pox, but i actauly wanted to work out. This one is simple: Work out min 3x week with kettlebell interval training. 30mins min. Thats it! If i keep working out I know I suddenly have the energy and desire to do more, the previous challenge has taught me it just takes two weeks for me to enjoy a routine and just two weeks to want to do more, so this will be the perfect precurser to the next 6 week challenge!
