UPDATED: MONDAY, JANUARY 12TH So.....2014 didn't end as well as I had hoped. I'm up 4.5# and 1.5% body fat since Thanksgiving. Minor updates on 9/22Major updates on 10/3 When I first joined Nerd Fitness a year ago, I was 160 pounds and 33% body fat. I am currently 182.8 pounds and 41.7% body fat. I have gained TWENTY POUNDS in the last year. I hate that. I know that it's my own doing (or not doing) but I hate it all the same. I have terrible follow-though/will-power/self-control/discipline/whatever you want to call it. I am a constant procrastinator. That all needs to stop. Now. No more excuses. This is going to be a very difficult challenge for me. But I need to make some serious changes. MAIN QUEST (BY JULY 5, 2015
