  1. The following images are taken from Keri Smith's book How to Be an Explorer of the World: For this mini-challenge you will find a place to explore, any place you want, choose at least one of the above each week, record what you discover, and share it here with us. Be creative, mindful, and best of all have fun. I look forward to seeing what you share!
  2. *Build a routine: -Regardless of how much time I spend there, go to the gym 2 days on 1 day off (even if I'm there 10 min. the goal is to get in the door) ex: mon tue thur fri -Log food everyday even if I'm not proud of my choices *Figure out my priorities *Find inspiration My main goal for these next few weeks will be to just build up a routine. I don't care how long I am at the gym, getting in the car is the hardest part for me. Writing down everything I eat always starts with good intentions until I make a decision I am not proud of. Also I need a reason to keep going, to give me reason to keep up the mental struggle into changing my ways.
