Momentum is what I need these days, but it can’t be the kind that takes you over and smashes you to bits at the end of the day… I found the following definitions for momentum: PHYSICS - the quantity of motion of a moving body, measured as a product of its mass and velocity. the impetus and driving force gained by the development of a process or course of events."the investigation gathered momentum in the spring" Both definitions are applicable to me. I need momentum to make the small habit changes needed to improve my health. I need momentum to stay positive and encouraging for me and my family. I need momentum to take that jump into management at work. And I need a way to track this momentum that is inspiring! Lots of thoughts that have tumbled out of my head tonight, although honestly they have been rolling around in there for the last couple of weeks! I'm spilling my stream of consciousness, hidden in here... I’m off to find the dot journal that I know is around here somewhere and create a good set of goals for the coming days, weeks and even months!
