  1. I was watching Guardians of the Galaxy the other day and saw once more Chris Pratt's transformation from being a fat guy to a freakin' jacked super hero. You look at the photo on the left and see that, yes, he was a pretty fat guy. On the right you see the transformation. It's a pretty drastic difference. My point is that my starting point is the guy on the left. My goal is the guy on the right. He's able to do it, I should be able to do it as well. Sure he has a lot more resources than I do, and I know that I won't look exactly like Star-Lord, but maybe it'll just take a bit longer. Anyway, he'll be my motivation. I'm gonna go from Andy Dwyer to Star-Lord. Main Quest - Get down to 185 lbs. The lightest I've been in my adult life is 190 lbs. I know that this much is achievable. I'm currently 240 pounds, I'm going to focus on getting my weight down to 170 lbs. with the primary focus to be fat loss. I'll then build up and focus on muscle growth and gain 15 lbs. of muscle bringing me back up to 185 lbs. Hopefully, I'll look somewhat like a brown Star-Lord. Fitness Quests - Lose 10 lbs. - Workout 4-6 times a week. My goal is to lose 70 lbs. initially. In the span of a four week challenge, this pretty much impossible and unhealthy to do. Each four week challenge, I'll challenge myself to lose 10 lbs. I figure at this rate I would lose an average of 2.5 lbs. each week. I am Specifying a 2.5 lb.s weight loss each week. I will Measure myself by weighing in everyday with each Sunday being an official weigh in day. I think that this is healthy and completely Achievable. It's Relevant to my goal because duh, it's weight loss. And I'm giving myself a Time-limit. In order to lose weight at the rate of which I would consider effective, I'm going to have to exercise. I'm lazy and I don't want to exercise. My goal is to work out 4-6 times a week. I plan to work out in the mornings, so I can get them out of the way and I can more or less relax the rest of the day. I also feel that I'll be more successful doing it in the mornings because once I'm comfortable at home, I don't want to leave. A - 12.5 lbs. Weight Loss A - Workout 6 times a week B - 10.0 lbs. Weight Loss B - Workout 5 times a week C - 07.5 lbs. Weight Loss C - Workout 4 times a week D - 05.0 lbs. Weight Loss D - Workout 3 times a week F - >05.0 lbs. Weight Loss F - Workout >3 times a week I want to level up slow because I don't want to be OP. We'll say these two fitness quests will result in +1 STR +1 CON. Nutrition Quests - Meal Prep - Eat prepped food - 2 Free Meals Food along with laziness really gets to me. Unfortunately, in order to reach my goals, I need to slay these demons. I plan to do this by meal prepping 33 out of 35 of my meals for the week. The remaining two meals will be free meals. I plan to eat the same thing every day except for the two free meals. I know this increases the likelihood of me getting burnt out and failing, but I'll just have to remain focused. The two free meals will allow me to be human and eat a burger or pizza or something which will probably taste so much better after eating the same thing over and over. Life Goals - Get an A on my Block 3 Exam. - Get a job. - Clean one room in the house each day. Yeah, that's what I'm gonna go for this coming challenge. I hope it works out better than the last one.
