Spezzy is an Arcane Skirmisher - a Magus / Slayer multiclass (yes, I'm aware this is multiclassing two hybrid classes, but I am my own dungeon master and therefore I make my own rules 😂 ). This build leans more towards my own personal goal, which is to be the most well rounded personI can possibly be, and be able to handle any situation that's thrown in front of me, using both athleticism and wits. While I liked the skìrnir archetype of the magus, I found I was too pigeonholed, and switching to the ranger guild was allowing RangerBrain™ to be a thing, so, here we are The Arcane Skirmisher gets into battle, gets the job done as efficiently as possible, and gets out without being noticed. She spends most of her time outdoors when possible, in nature, and is constantly studying, learning new skills, and working to hone in and master her other skills. She doesn't care for, or need to be the best at any of them, however, she wants to be proficient enough to excel and to get through any situation that is thrown at her. She doesn't fight for glory, or to be noticed - in fact, she prefers the opposite. Spezzy, the Arcane Skirmisher Alignment Chaotic Good Class Magus / Slayer Race Quarter Elf Animal Companion Felix Felicis, Luckdragon Abilities: STR 21 DEX 17 CON 14 INT / WIS 15 CHA 15 Skills: Athletics, Swim, Climb, Acrobatics, Stealth, Escape Artist, Stealth, Knowledge (Arcana), Knowledge (Nature), Spellcraft, Survival, Animal Handling, Intimidate, Bluff, Diplomacy CHALLENGE GOALS AND OVERVIEW: I'm up in Canada for the rest of the year, getting used to a new routine, new training style, and new climate! While I don't have a barbell, I do have a home gym here with kettlebells, parallettes, a heavy bag, and someone to teach me some skills, so I'll be taking advantage of all of those things and working on some new training styles. In quarantine I got out of my walking every day habit (as it wasn't allowed as a part of my quarantine rules), but I'm officially out of that starting tomorrow, so I'm going to pick that habit back up - and keep it up for the rest of the year, no matter how cold it gets! FITNESS: [TERRAIN MASTRY] Walk outside for at least 15 minutes outside every day. A slayer is useless unless she can travel undetected. In order to do this, one must master my terrain. Since I am up in Canada, during winter, I will use this as an opportunity to master the Icy Terrain. [BEAR'S ENDURANCE] One day per week, I must walk for 45-60 minutes. A sub goal of the Terrain Mastery goal - the Bear's Endurance spell, which helps increase my CON. [UNARMED COMBAT STYLE] : Practice Muay Thai 3x per week. For this challenge, I'm choosing the UNARMED COMBAT STYLE, as I want to make sure that if I am left without my weapon in battle, I can defend myself. For this, I will be working on three feats: [Combat Reflexes] , [Punishing Kick], and [Stunning Fist] [SPELLSTRIKE]: Train strength 3x per week Whenever I cast a spell, I can deliver that spell through my weapon. To master this, I must continue to work on my strength. [EXTREME FLEXIBILITY] Stretching and rehab, every single day. 30 mins, can be split into 2 sessions. Name of the spell says it all! [CERTAIN GRIP] Hang from the finger board for at least 2 minutes per day This improves my grip, adding a bonus to my climbing skills. NUTRITION: [ARCANE POOL] Drink 1 gallon of water per day A reservoir of mystical arcane energy that I can draw upon to fuel my powers and enhance my weapon. [AUGMENT PHYSICAL PROWESS] Stick to nutritional guidelines 90% of the time I can expend a point from her arcane pool to draw upon her magical abilities to strengthen her limbs, sharpen her reflexes, or enhance her toughness. Nutritional guidelines are similar to auto immune paleo and low FODMAP MISC: [SPELLBOOKS] Plan the next day the night before Any magi must study their spellbook each day to prepare her spells. Spezzy must spend at least 10 minutes at the end of each day planning her schedule and workouts for the next day. [ILLUSION OF CALM] Meditate or breathing exercises daily You appear to be standing still, even when you take some actions.
