So, how much animal do you consume per serving or in a day?
I'm mainly confused because I've read that protein shouldn't be the main source for energy but that 'fat' (olive oil, etc) or 'animal fat' should be our main source of energy.
With that being said, how much fat should one typically consume on average?
I'm on day 3 of my new paleo lifestyle, so guidance and help is much appreciated! : )
