  1. This is the continuation of my last challenge (really more of a log) wherein I train for the crossfit open, which is now 79 days away. I don't follow other challenges because I am a terrible person, so don't feel compelled to follow mine. It's really very boring anyway. Sometimes I use gifs.
  2. I'm using this as a thread to log my workouts & nutrition as I train for the 2023 Crossfit Open in February. It is, as indicated above, 100 days away. Don't feel obligated to follow, I'm the worst at following other people.

  4. Did Open 14.1 and not only did I not come in last (that was my goal), I'm in the top 50% for my age division! Woot!
