Hello Yogis and Yoginis Yogic detox techniques have been practiced by yogis in caves of Himalayan mountains, and hardly reached out to general public. Yoga in current form is known for its poses and for it breathing techniques to a lesser extent. I would like to introduce yogic cleansing techniques (detox) which are performed using water only. There are some amazing physical, mental and spiritual benefits of these practices. There are four short one minute videos on youtube which introduce these techniques.
