This is my fourth challenge, and I seem to be at a plateau. No weight loss, no significant gains in strength, and, most importantly, no further progress on getting into those shorts. And, itâ€™s a really, really busy time of year and I have lots of stuff I need to get done. Most of which I have been avoiding the last few months. So. Itâ€™s time to kick things up a notch.
