  1. June Quest Lean Mass: 145.7 lbs Fat Mass: 47.7 lbs <---- Go Down Simple Enough? That's my quest. Buuuuuut I'd like to keep my lean mass from falling much in the process. So there will be strength training too, of course. For strength training, being that I'm still on a mission away from home, I'm settling into the most basic of basic Assassin training: Pull, Push, Squat. No more than 2 exercises per category on any given day. 3 non-consecutive days per week. 3 work sets per exercise. Accurate calorie counting really isn't feasible right now. To assist with my attack on the Adipose, I've taken to wearing a pedometer every day, all day. I like seeing the step counter go up. I've been quickly putting together a googledocs spreadsheet the last two days to use for tracking (and math-ing) a lot of my body data. And a couple of separate tabs on it for keeping better track of strength training PRs. I intend to make it viewable (not editable) and share the link here for me followers/lurkers. Since I'm taking some measurements every day, the spreadsheet should become a live ongoing overview of my fitness progress. Once I've populated the sheet with some more data this week and see that it's working right, I'll post the link. As always, feel free to make comments and to ask me questions in here.
