Hi, Im back and a little embarrassed of running away without a word before I have started some personal challenges 7 days ago and want to add to the good habits I created. the big clean have been without a drop of alcohol for 7 days. Its going well and so far without cravings. Im doing a program for 30 days sober and will decide afterwards if I want to get back to my daily bubbly or not. This challenge I will stay sober until my 30 days are over and then reflect on how to proceed from there. Since 7 days ago Im back to strict keto after letting myself gain quite some pandemic kilos. Also keto helps me to be more alert and fresh in my head. I will carry on with this way of eating and reflect whether I can make it a sustainable way of life for me at the end of the challenge. desk wars I have to finish a long and complicated income statement every 6 months. Now its due again. have to sit one hour at my desk to do it every day until Jan 15 the latest. from Jan 3 I have to do some studying and writing for my work as a local politician. A motion to prepare and lots of old forms and motions to study. I am a candidate for town council in 2023 and campaigning will start next year. I think I can be good if I prepare well for the job. This challenge I will find out more about social politics in my town. I want to start a book again and after my first two points are taken care of I will use desk wars to write means: everyday put your butt into the desk chair and work! fitness kindergarten Im hurting like fuck! ( achilles tendons, knee, shoulder) must move the dog every day even if its ice and snow out there. for the first week of the challenge I will not have my friend and her dog as company. activated my Fitbit and will increase steps ( long term goal - run a 5k) stretching has to be done daily as well ( 10 minutes minimum) PT exercises and bw-exercises to be added as I see fit my life is good right now. mental health and energy are good and I feel optimistic about surviving the pandemic shitshow 2022 probably has in store for my country. look forward to January and seeing my friends and students again. I rested well during the early winter and am eager to get shit done now.
