  1. Hello everyone, I know I'm a few days late posting but here I am. I am a super Marvel fan, sci-fi enthusiast and all around nerd. I've had a hard time getting back into working out after I injured my rotator cuff and spine in a car accident, mostly because my job is very physical and I have a hard time relaxing my muscles. I work at a doughnut shop, so everyday I'm lifting weights at work and walking about 4 miles. I am 5'9" and 160 lbs very muscular but I'm always in pain. I'm very inflexible, so I'm sure that effects my stretching and muscle tension. My longer goals are all about my career, my husband is a year-round street performer and I am part-season. I do a strong woman and freakshow act with my husband, but I'd like to be strong enough to do a REAL feat of strength in my own show, and learn to unicycle! I've had a unicycle for like 6 years, tried and tried to succeed, and given up before I make any progress. In a year I want to be on that wheel! So my 6 week goals: 1. Do a basic body weight workout 5x a week CONSISTENTLY! Even if it doesn't get more difficult, just do it! Don't workout until I'm comfortably loosened up and stretch really good afterwards. 2. 1 full day a week with NO sugar. It's tough being surrounded by sweets so I'm setting this goal for something I know I can accomplish. 3. Life goal: Go to the grocery store one once a week with 3 planned meals. This will help with money stress, eating better, and less running around to figure out dinner. 4. Life goal: Get this stupid van fixed or sold! I bought a van from my boss, and it's been straight trouble ever since. I've got to figure out what is wrong with it and fix it or sell it on craigslist before I waste more money on it than I need to. I haven't allocated points to anything yet, still deciding on character stuff and I'll post that as I make updates. Thanks guys, if there is anything I'm forgetting let me know!
