  2. Hey Nerd FItness Community! This is my first post, and this is my first week eating Paleo. I decided to eat Paleo to improve my overall health, I'm not really worried about weight, but I do want to maintain my current weight, grow stronger, and eat healthy. This first week was tough. I cooked at home a few nights, and ate breakfast every morning! (yeah sweet potatoes!). Overall I have been feeling like I have more energy, especially in the morning. Which is a positive! (but I'm having some intense carb cravings) The place where I'm having trouble is when I get asked to go out and eat with friends for lunch, or dinner. How do you find options that work with the foods you want to eat? Avoiding grains is the hardest. Any advice?
