Hi, I'm looking for people (more the merrier) who'd be willing to form a Facebook group, or text, or email.... Help me stick to my routine and not fall into a funk. Every time I get an email from NF, or spend time re-reading Academy articles, I am motivated to dump out all my pop and drink water (doing this right now). This has happened multiple times but I always start pop again very shortly after, Hope it sticks this time!
