  1. I firmly believe that openly acknowledging and stating what our "enemy" foods are, the foods we love way too much for our own good, will help us in the long run to achieve our goals by taking away the mystery or uncertainty of what foods have the potential to sabotage our fitness progress and results the most. My number 1 enemy foods hands down are: chocolate chip cookiesPB&J sandwiches​I eat both way to much and am planning on dropping them completely for the upcoming 6 week challenge in order to get a grip over my face stuffing urges whenever I see or think about these things. Moderation and self control is key for for success in making progress and I currently lack both 100% when it comes to eating these foods. What are your own "enemy" foods and how do you (or plan to) get a grip over your cravings for them?
