Become the Wolf Here we go again (Again again again). Last time I attempted this I tried my hand at Keto and although it worked really well in the beginning it wasn't for me. Near the end I was mentally exhausted, bitter, frustrated and found myself cheating and eating worse than I did while off the diet. Which of course brought on the feelings of guilt and failure. This challenge, I'm going with a theme, because everyone likes a theme. I've always loved mythology and especially that of the Greeks and Romans. So, I present, Alice.x trains with the Gods (part 1). Zeus: As well as being chief god, and a bit of a sleaze, Zeus' official title is god of the skies. So, if I want to train with Zeus, I need to be able to keep up with him. My asthma is getting steadily better (and hopefully I'll have a doctors appointment before/at the beginning of this challenge), but my fitness really needs work. I believe in naming my challenges! It feels like a chapter in a book, making it seem much more significant to the book that is my life 1. Improve my leg strength on a horse (riding and weight training) 2. Learn how to mediate and center 3. Give up all soda 4. Balance my finances better What does that break down to?
