  1. I am really a level one. I half completed the last challenge (I was a very late entry), so I am on this board one last time to finish what I started! Main Quest: To loose 30 pounds Quests: 1. Count my calories 5 days a week. 2. Test my running 3 days a week (I want to reach an 8 minute mile one day). 3. Eat 2 servings of vegetables and fruit every day (college life makes me horrible at this). Life Quest: Decide on my intended career. Motivation: to have more confidence, to be able to do more things and to elevate my mood.
  2. I promised myself I would do this so here it is. I know I only have three weeks, but I started out small so maybe then I will upgrade my quest. I know the six week=habit idea, but if I do really well maybe I shall move forward! I think I need some counsel on that. I have been trying to loose weight for a while and I am hoping that this community will push me into keeping my promises. I know it is not all up to them, obviously, but I know now I need more assistance, more motivation!
