    Hi guys, Carpenter, Ewok, Rebel here. At 72kg, 171cm my job keeps me just fit enough to do my job. Recent dealings with immigration gave them cause for concern regarding my back. Although I have never had any back problems I've decided to be proactive and future proof myself, that news and a beer belly has been the kick in the ass to get going again. I got into running and kettlebells about 10 years ago, I can do a 30 min run (about 5k) even after a long lay off, and have run in the last three Mud, Sweat& Tears So I'm aiming for next year's Marathon her
