  1. Hey all! I've been pretty quiet on here (a lot of things happened and I got off track) but now I'm back and wanted to ask you guys a question that has been bugging me for a while... Do you exercise when hungry? Or when you've eaten? For me food is a major part of my life, I used it as an escape and a comfort during my depression years and now that I'm slowly climbing out of that hole I want to get healthier. I always hear horror stories about people who suffer with anorexia, and although I don't believe that will happen to me I wanted to know if what some of them say is true? Exercise when your stomach is practically growling, and you'll loose more weight! Is this true? I often get very queasy if I don't eat enough (I have weird stomach problems something to do with too high of an acid level blah blah) so I don't want to run the risk of being sick or passing out. Please let me know your thoughts and answers! Thanks, Eri
