  1. I've noticed while working out, or even just in higher temps, my face turns bright red, like severely red. Anyone have any suggestions as to how to manage this, or info on what may be causing this? It will happen early in a workout, before I've really started exerting myself, so i don't think it's over exertion, but I am very overweight (female: 5'10" and 255 lbs currently) but this occurred even when I was in decent shape. my complexion does tend towards the redder side normally, but when I'm done exercising I look like my whole face is Rudolph's nose, it's basically glowing a tomato red. This can also occur even when I haven't sweat a drop... any information/suggestions would be appreciated, it really has me pretty self conscious about it...
