At that point, I was five weeks into a new workout routine, and nine weeks into attempting to eat better. There are links to my introduction/origin story and my first two challenges in my sig below. Feel free to go rummage around in there. Anyway, my first two challenges went well, and now I'm ready to push on. I’ve gone from 255lbs at the end of January, to 232 at the start of my first 6WC, 223 at the start of my second, and 211
