  1. Expectations of Self Challenges abound in this area of my life I call self-motivation, and they do so often without confrontation from me. That ends. It starts being different today. I'm not gonna lift 50 pounds more on the bench, if I don't show up. If I don't push hard when I am there. If I don't push, I will not progress. If I don't progress, I don't get where I WANT to go.
