Hello, I am DakAurai a viking, and although I'm 3 weeks late, I wish to participate in this round of challenges instead of waiting three weeks for the next round. I'm currently 20 years old and an anime/fantasy/game nerd and a college student. Main Quest: I currently have a 87 cm (34in) waist and want to get it down to around 78-79cm (31in) by the end of October. (I don't know if this is too ambitious, but I really want to try getting my waist as close to that goal as possible). My motivation for this goal is cosplaying and a general wish to be healthier. I'm going to go to a convention at the end of october wearing cosplay, and I want to look fitter. 3 Week Challenge Goals: 1st goal (fitness): Go to the gym(exercise) four times a week. Two of those times are going to be interval training (running or cycling) and the other two strenght training (I'm going to try out deadlifting and squats). 2nd goal (diet): Try out the paleo diet for three weeks! (as opposed to my former way of eating which included lots of bread, pasta and rice). 3rd goal (life): Getting to know people in the Nerd Fitness Rebellion! I usually have a hard time getting to know people, but I want to make a change in my life, and try to be more outgoing. When this challange is over I want to join the Rangers.

Hi Guys, This is my first challenge and I am looking forward to it. I have been eating Primal for a couple of weeks and have dropped 12lb from my starting point of 231lb - so feeling good and in the right frame of mind! My Challenge 6 Month Target (that's when I hit 40) 1901b 5 inches taller (only joking on that one)!! 35 inch Waist (currently 42) 75 clean push ups (in one go) 10 clean pull ups 10 clean chin ups My starting point on the chin ups, pull ups and push ups at present are: Push ups - 15 Pull Ups - 0 Chin ups - 0 For the next 4 weeks my challenge is to achieve 210 lbs 40 inch waist 25 clean push ups - Completed 25.1.14 1 clean pull up 1 clean chin up - Completed 7.2.14 How I am going to do this is by: Continue with the primal eating.BWW 2 times a week.Tennis 2 times a week.Ju-jitsu once a week (just started back last week).Hiking 6 miles plus once a week.It's now down in writing. Here goes!!!!!!
