I am new to the challenges but I have been getting the emails for around 6 months now. When I saw the 6 week challenge a few months ago I was curious but I didn't do it, I think I will do it now. My main quest is: to be able to do 10 pull ups by the end of the 6 weeks. Right now I can only do 2. To be able to hold a plank, side plank, and back plank for 3 min each. And lower my body fat percentage to 6%. To achieve my goals I will: Do 2 pull ups and try for more After that I will do bent over bell rows and body weight rows. Then as many negative pull ups as I can. Do a plank for as long as I can record the results and do better every day. To lower my body fat %: Not buy cookies when I go to lunch, not eat more than 100 carbs a day. And keep on going for runs (I go for runs in the afternoon and average around 5 miles every time without stopping). Do sprints. Life quest: Continue with my take kwon do training. (I have a belt testing tommarow.) And learn to ski (now that there is snow on the ground.) Am I expecting to much from myself? I would like to be an assassin.
