  1. I started changing my diet about two weeks ago, and to start out easy I chose to eliminate sugary drinks - such as soda. I guess I'm just kinda stuck about what to do next. Cut carbs? Desserts? I'm not sure if there is a good way to do this effectively and stick with me forever. Any advice from others would be great!
