  3. Hey everyone! I'm a long time NF reader but this is the first challenge I've joined. The last year or so I had been inconsistently working out/ eating healthy, but since I've started grad school about six weeks ago all my exercise and healthy eating habits have gone out the window. I havent worked out at all since starting school and keep on finding myself binge eating on chips, cereal, sweets – things I'm normally quite good at staying away from. Some other things about me ... I live in Colorado, have a little 2 pounder chihuahua named Cheeto and love to travel! Anyway, I'm looking forward to meeting some people through the forums here and hopefully I can offer some support to others, too! Main Quest: “Fit back into my 'small' clothes†Since there's only a couple weeks left in this challenge, I've set my main quest with the knowledge that it will continue into the next 6week challenge. Goals: Work out twice a week by either: Going to yoga classCompleting beginners body weight circuit Sleep 8-ish hours a night (aka Go to bed at around 10!) Limit alcohol consumption (a tear for no beer), which means NO alcohol on school nights Weekends can have one night of 2 beers/drinks The alcohol thing has always been a challenge for me. In the past I've just tried to limit the quantity (“I'm just going to have one drinkâ€) but my willpower is weak in this regard and my “one drink†always turns into 3,4 or more! Not only has regular beer drinking certainly had a hand in some weight gain itself, I've also found that drinking situations easily turn into nachos/french fries/ chips eating situations! Good luck everyone!!
