  1. Hello again everyone! Fia here! This is my first challenge, and I came up with an outline a few days ago and then didn't post...classic ADD, haha! Anyways, here it is: Basic Info: Race: Half-elf (?) Desired Profession: Ranger/Assassin Attributes: N/A Main quest: This is a new beginning! From this day on I begin lifestyle changes that will be permanent in order to achieve a better me. MOTIVATION: I am not a statistic. i.e., who I was will not dictate who I will be from this day forward. Quest components: 1. Lift/do body weight circuits 3x a week and cardio 2x/week. 2. Begin to clean up diet – transition into Paleo 3. Yoga to loosen hip flexors and calm the mind Side quests: Life Quest Practice for choir auditions in August Diet/Fitness Quest Get down to 125 or less in the next six weeks. Mini quests: 1. Give meditation a try at bed time. Start with 30 seconds of trying to keep my mind quiet, and progress. 2. Train for my first pull-up
