  1. Main Quest: Over the next six weeks I intend to lose 5 pounds - enough to comfortably wear my skinny jeans. :-) In order to achieve this, I will: Run 4x/week,Attend Pilates 3x/week, andStay within my macros Side Quest: Eat only whole foods for 7 days straight. I am completing this challenge in preparation for the Rock 'n' Roll half marathon in Las Vegas, and to become a better version of myself. I know I'm a much nicer person when I feel healthy, so I should strive towards doing healthy things every day!
