  1. NEW FORUM FORMAT! Ah this brings back the olden days of old, where it was all one NF. So since the site got a revamp I might as well play along and try it out so that I can be a grump about the changes and complain from my old man rocking chair on the porch. Goal 1: Daily Yoga As is tradition, I always spend Janurary following the Yoga With Adrienne daily videos. So I'll be doing that. There is an accountabilibuddy thread already made by SkyGirl so progress tracking will be done on that spreadsheet Goal 2: 5x5 for the big lifts 4-5 days a week Okay, so. Holidays are over, and I traveled (by car) to see family which means I am in quarantine until mid Jan as per the rules of where I live. Luckily I have all of the required gym equipment, so I am going to spend more time on that. Goal 3: Build a bigger engine I am relatively strong, but my work capacity is pretty weak these days. The current state of the world hasn't been conducive to normal outdoor cardio work, but this year I want to make a point of getting my capacity up. for this challenge I am going to work on my bike trainer 4-5 times a week. In total, I've got daily yoga, 4-5 lifting, 4-5 day bike rides (of various intensity). Totally doable since I won't be leaving the house for the next two weeks.
