A little info about me: I'm a Colorado Vault Dweller who found a beautiful woman to spend my life with, and recently realized that I need more of a life to share... Most of my friends who I grew up with moved away (why anyone would leave this state is baffling to me) and I haven't really made many more friends since college (which I graduated from 8 years ago).   11. Hey all, So, my wife and I are into fitness related activities. We love to go biking, or enjoy a long walk on the West Orange Trail, or go rock climbing, or swimming in the local cold springs.   12. Greetings Fellow Rebels, I am here looking to improve my overall health. My job has allowed me to become very lax in eating right and getting up and moving. I want to change that and feel better. I’m hoping to find others who are also looking to have fun getting healthy. I lack any real upper body strength, but I do alright with walking a lot. I’m not interested in becoming a runner, but would love to become a long distance swimmer. I would also like to be able to build my upper body strength. My second challenge started shortly before I found out I was pregnant and while I tried to meet my goals I just couldn’t do it. So, here I am. Third time’s the charm right? I've gotten into yelling matches, gone hungry, and fallen asleep with tears in my eyes because of how defeated I've felt- but I'm going to beat this. Pass or Fail. There is no leeway.   18. Hi everyone, I am Kaleb, and new to fitness and dieting in general. I have been overweight most of my life want to change that and run my first 5K. I think Nerd Fitness is a great place to do that, you are my kind of people! Main Quest: Outrun Gary Goal 1: Start C25K Training Program for the treadmill and follow it 3 days per week.
