  1. Go Santa, go! GET THE GAINZ! The holidays have arrived here in the States, and while I love them, they're also hard. Mental health things, the days are getting shorter, and some families are no good. For anyone else who doesn't have a great blood family, this helps sometimes: http://www.yourholidaymom.com/ Also, take no shame in making your own family! In light of all of this, eating and lifting really help, but they're also the LAST things I want to do when the holiday blues hit. So this challenge will mostly be about being consistent - I'd like to do something "physical" everyday. Walking, yoga, shoulder mobility, lifting, they all count! If this goes well, maybe I'll add a tracking in MFP as well. If I post each week of the challenge (this is mostly a focus on not quitting), then I get to buy a nerdy hat or scarf
