  1. GREETINGS REBELLION!!I am Wraiven but those whom know me well call me Mitch Jnr. I have been working on leveling up my life and developed my quest log in a way to grow, not only for me but for the benefit of those all over the world. Since I can remember I have always been a very giving person and gathered joy from tasks that not only helped me be a better man, but also to help others grow too. Since my Father (Mitch Snr) passed away started really struggling with depression and anxiety in recent years and it's truly effected my growth and attitude towards what I always believed of myself. It could be chemical or it could just be my mind trying to avoid the pain of failing... But that's not gonna happen! Since joining the Rebellion I decided to dedicate a whole year to trying to change some lives and it's really had an Impact on me too.17 has always been my favourite number soooo I decided in 2017 I was going to do a Charity Challenge called 'Songs and Smiles' to help raise funds for Kids with Cancer, Mental Illness and Poverty/Famine. This requires me to do a song a day to bring smiles and provoke thought/nostalgia every single day and then people could share and possibly donate if they could. A simple premise but alot of people seem to like it. So far we have raised over $5000 and had 250,000 views on Youtube. My Dad always wanted to help kids with cancer because when he had it he always beleived he had lived and they deserved a chance to aswell, so I am doing this all in his memory and I hope all of the rebellion can join me too and become a SMILE SAVIOUR!DONATE: http://bit.ly/2iRw2vO GOFUNDME: http://bit.ly/2jXoQ5f FACEBOOK: http://bit.ly/2hFp6UY TWITTER: @MitchJnrMass <3 Mitch Jnr
  2. I was perusing the west meetup and saw a post from red_queen about a 5k - the run scared (http://www.runscared5k.com/). It occured to me that if I had seen it earlier I just may have dropped $5 for the race (the run is for leukemia and lymphoma). NF's are a very caring and giving group, I think, and it would be a great way to show support to members, especially when theres a run (or whatever) in support of something that has affected my own life. Maybe a sub-topic under battlelogs, or woot? I also remember when my cousin was going through muay thai internationals and some of the fundraising they did (mind you I think that was grant work, but still) I believe races have a way of creating individual pages and can collect money there, for accountability. I know I'd rather give $5 than go buy a latte
  3. Ok, y’all. I’m just going to put this out here and hope you understand. I want to run the Houston Marathon again. I am asking for YOUR help to do it I am joining forces with Team RWB to run the Houston Marathon. I am $200 short of being able to register to run as a HERO Once I reach this goal I will continue to help spread the word for this amazing organization. I will continue to champion the cause of enriching the lives of the men and women who have given so much to protect our freedoms. Those who have sacrificed their lives so that we can sleep in peace each night Please take a moment to click through the links and learn a little bit what Team RWB is all about. Any funds raised in excess of the amount necessary to register as a HERO will be donated directly to TEAM RWB I haven’t come up with a way to thank you for your generosity….yet Comment with your “Thank you†ideas in the comments and let’s see how much we can do for TEAM RED WHITE AND BLUE Donate at MOMMY GO RUN
  4. You see this awesomeness? It's called dancewalking. I love it. I do it around the house. I do it in parking garages. I've even done it coming home from a run to Gangnam Style for some middle schoolers. Now, I want to raise money with it. For every British pound raised for Rethink.org (check them out, super spiffy site they have!) I will dancewalk 10 meters around Biel. Now Biel isn't a huge city, but it's pretty big. And it's super pedestrian-y. And loads of people will see me doing it. Which is exactly what I want. I'll be repping Rethink Mental Illness with a spiffy t-shirt they are giving me while I dance, with Scurry plodding along behind me to record my major debut for your sole enjoyment. I'm even working out how to live stream! My goal is to raise 500 poundaroonies. If I reach this goal by the end of the challenge, that means I will be dancewalking a 5k. How cool is that! Wouldn't you love to see how many random Swiss folk I can get to join along in my 5k dancewalk through beautiful Biel? Yes. The answer is yes. Have I gone nutters?? No doubt. But it's going to be so fun! So come on, dig in for me--pack a brown bag and skip lunch at the cafeteria or give up your morning frappecrappewhatacino and donate to my fundraiser. Please!? It's a challenge goal! You can even do it more than once! IMAGINE! But for all seriousness and real-feels...this is a very important cause to me. Any little donation will probably send me over the rainbow. Check my siggy for the link! Thanks for reading!
