  1. Main Quest My main quest is to be able to fit into my size 14 jeans that I haven't been able to fit into in over a year.How I want to accomplish that: By actually eating, and eating healthily.Lean means (chicken, fish, eggs etc) and TONS of veggies (fresh,frozen etc)Cutting out pop which since I started my job has been added into my diet quite liberally more than 64 oz of Dr. Pepper/Root Beer mix a day. In essence Paleo except I want to still have complex carbs such as steel cut slow cooked oat meal and a few other things that with my small income I will have to compromise but will eventually cut out. I am hopefully going to be able to get a gym membership at the local 24hr gym and their I will; run, bike, lift weights, do yoga, do other forms of cardio, and cross training. I will also be able to use my bike again and will be riding to and from work which is up hill and down hill, and I am going to go on daily bike rides or walks (or at least that is my intention) Until I get my membership I will do short home "crossfit workouts" everyday I want to eventually get down to my first goal weight of 160 but first I want to be under 200 for the first time in what seems like forever. SIDE QUEST My side quest is making sure I am able to pay all my bills and pay down my credit card bill. Just being happy and learning to live on my own for the first time in my life with out living with family. My MOTIVATION My motivation is I am tired of being held back by the weight of a second person (more like a child since it is only 80-100 lbs) I carry on my back on a daily basis. I want to be strong and able to do anything and everything nothing holding my self back least of all myself. I want to be able to go anywhere and achieve all of my dreams.
