If I don't exercise enough, I get grumpy. Since nobody wants that, my challenge is simple: exercise at least an hour per day, six days per week. This can be climbing, running, walking, biking, yoga, etc. It does not have to be intense, as long as it is something. It should be easily doable, but those have been my famous last words before .
To keep my hips happy, I will also do at least 4 hip-stretches per day, which can include things like lunges, pancake, etc.
